PRE-ORDERS

Most orders are conducted as Pre-Orders. With Pre-Orders, orders will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. All wigs are 180% density with a standard head size fit; however, please message me if any request for 200/250% density wigs or any different head size fitting wigs. 

HAIR ON HAND

Hair on Hand is available when posted onto social media or anything listed ‘(ON HAND)’ online. Hair on hand is available for Pickup, Uber Delivery, or Shipping which will occur within 3-7 business days. If you want to pay with cash, a deposit of HALF the given amount is REQUIRED. A grace period of 15 minutes is given for payment and if the payment is not sent, it will result in an instant cancellation. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Finally, there is a 7-day courtesy for you to pickup your hair due to flowing orders.

PAYMENT

All payments on hair is requested as a preferred payment of ZELLE or CASHAPP. Please refrain from paying directly on the website or your order will be severely delayed as processing for the payment is required. A grace period of 15 minutes is given for payment and if the payment is not sent, it will result in an instant cancellation.
